2021 Flip Festival.
$95 per gymnast all levels. Please mail final rosters and fees to Dynamic Gymnastics 5512 N Havana Spokane WA. 99217 attn Flip Fest Flip Fest 2021 Entry $10 Viewing Zoom $5 donation Coaches to collect ribbons and put in athletes envelopes. 40 Athletes per session, broken up by (4 Age groups) 5 Athletes on Equipment A 5 Athletes on Equipment B 1 Spectator per athlete allowed in the building. (Additional spectators will be able to purchase a viewing ticket at an alternative venue/Restaurant which will be hosting live event view of each event.) Athletes requirements Guardian covid questionnaire to be filled out on event day stating health status (to be turned in by coach upon entry) Wear a mask for entry, exit, event rotation and bathroom usage. Must have their own chalk / unless their gym provides for their athletes. Must have their own Back pack/bag to keep all belongings in during event. Coaches requirements Wear a mask for entry, exit, event rotation, bathroom usage and entry to any common area. Food will NOT be provided for obvious reasons, ( we ask that you no congregate / keep adequate social distancing while eating.) If at any time a participant, spectator or coach shows any signs of illness, Dynamic Athletic center reserves the right to ask them to leave the premises without conflict. in a fantastic facility. Our main goal is to run great meet one that allows gymnasts to compete in an environment of fun, surrounded by enthusiasm and positive experiences. Spectators enter through front door Athletes enter through side door All bodies exit at bridge 20 athletes per floor for warm—up Athletes stand at 1st event for announcements w/ masks On floor for each session less than 40 athletes 8 judges 16 coaches max = 2 per team 4 zoom masters Total = 68 Spectators = 40 Workers 1 Office 1 Medical 2 Directors 2 Cleaners Total = 6 |
