Gym fitGym fit is a conditioning routine that will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It uses gymnastics drills, skills and Technique to develop a strong core and overall fitness, as well as improving coordination and balance.

Sports ConditioningSeasonal sports conditioning is important in the life of students. When school is over, take advantage of staying in shape and prepping for the next season. Season sports conditioning classes will focus on the upcoming season's sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, etc. This is not a skills clinic, but a conditioning class. Don't sit on the bench. For ages 7-12.

Open WorkoutOpen workout is for ages 13 and up. There is a $20/month membership fee to be able to participate and use the equipment in our workout room. There are times when Dynamic staff will be available to consultation, spotting, and guidances, but open workout is heard toward individual workout time.
